Bag of November Veterans Coffee alongside cup of black coffee and poppies

As each November rolls around, it not only brings golden leaves & chillier weather but The Royal British Legion’s Annual Poppy Appeal.

This month, in support of military veterans, our unique coffee selection brings you our special ‘Veteran’s Blend’. With its fruity, chocolate flavour and well-rounded medium body, this blend will not only provide a delicious cup for all to enjoy, but will see 10% of all proceeds donated to The Poppy Appeal.

John Watt & Son have proudly served the families of military personnel throughout our 150 year history and would like to show our gratitude for those who have served during this time.

Our ‘Veteran’s Blend’ also has particularly personal connections to the business, as director Peter Johnston’s uncle, John Graham, served as a Lieutenant Commander in The Royal Navy. After joining the service in 1947 as a Boy Seaman, he rose through the ranks, and retired with an OBE for services to The Royal Navy. We would like to not only help ex-service men and women across the country with this coffee, but also take the chance to honour John and his memory.
