A MEDIUM ROAST ENHANCES SWEETNESS + SUBTLE FLAVOURS IN THE BEANS, SO ALL OF OUR MEDIUM ROASTS VARY, CARRYING THEIR OWN UNIQUE TASTE PALETTES DEPENDING ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BEANS + THEIR ORIGINS.

DARK ROASTS ARE FULL BODIED + STRONG WITH SMOKY HINTS BUT LESS BITTERNESS THAN A HIGH ROAST.

ROASTED AT THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURES, THESE COFFEES HAVE A LOW ACIDITY, SLIGHTLY BITTER EDGE + A DECENT KICK.
